How Does it Work?
Selecting a vacation package is fairly simple. First you choose your destination and date. There are a variety of destinations available worldwide and many inside the US as well.
The list of destinations is long and inclusive, but it’s always a good idea to check if where you want to go is included. There will also often be specials for different locations if you are flexible on your date and location. Different times and locations will have different pricing. Pricing will change based on how far in advance you plan your travel as well.
Once you know where you want to go and when, you’ll get to choose your hotel. Delta Vacations offers many specials for different resorts and hotels based on date. So what may be the cheapest hotel or resort on one date, won’t necessarily be in the same price range if you change your date. We can help you with multiple options to find the best time and place to book your trip if you are flexible.
Delta Vacations offers a variety of lodging options from budget-friendly to luxury accommodations. Be sure to let us know what you are looking for. You can have the peace of mind knowing that all accommodations are carefully selected and inspected to ensure they meet Delta Vacations’ standards of quality and service.
Many of the hotels can also come with extras such as included discounts on spa treatments and dining experiences or a free upgrade or excursion. They really pack the value into your vacation!
Then you can add extras. All Delta Vacations come with transportation to and from the hotel to the airport. However, it is a shuttle option that may require multiple stops at multiple hotels. You can pay to have private transportation if you prefer.
You can also add on many popular activities in the area as well as rental cars. Often at a discounted rate from booking on your own.
Once you’ve chosen your package and added any extras, you will then need to put down a deposit. You can choose to make payments, or simply pay the balance when final payment is due. You will know that exact date of final payment when you pay your deposit, but it is generally 1-2 months before you travel. You will also enjoy the flexibility of being able to change or cancel your reservation, often without penalty.

Arrival and Departure Information
Delta Vacations specializes in a no stress vacation. However, if there is any spot on your trip that might cause stress or you would be unsure of, it would be the airport transfers.
As said before, transfers to and from the airport to your hotel are included. Please check your travel documents for specific information about the transfers for your location. However here are the general guidelines for most locations:
The Delta Vacations representative will be – outside – the airport. In many countries, there will be people inside the airport trying to sell you on time shares, transportation, or activities. However, you are not needing their price inflated services. You will not see your Delta Vacations representative until you exit the airport.
Look for the Destination Expert wearing a light blue TrafficTours shirt holding a red Delta Vacations sign with the Delta Airlines logo. They will have your information and will be able to direct you to your shuttle or the transportation that you chose.
While on your vacation, and Delta Vacations representative will contact you to set up your pick up time for your departure. They will also be available any time during your vacation to answer any questions you may have while on your trip.
When you meet with the TrafficTours representative as you arrive to your destination, they will give you the contact information of your representative, and get your information to give to them as well. This helps ensure everything goes smoothly on your trip!
